Looking for a Mobile Repeater. Standalone?
Hi i am looking for a mobile vhf/uhf repeater to put in my vehicle so the terrible reception i get on my companies portable radio can be corrected. I dont know if they make stand alone units or not but im not looking to spend upwards of 700$ which is mostly what i am seeing online.
If i can avoid buying a High Power mobile unit to put in my vehicle and a repeater id like that.
I do not need a mobile unit, thus i would prefer to find a repeater that is stand alone and doesn't need another radio to work. I dont even know if thats possible.
